We are very happy with the service we get from Top Shelf. They have to travel several hours to service our pool, and they still make sure they get us on their schedule quickly when we have issues. They've done a great job helping to keep our pool in great shape!

Excellent customer service. Jason was very friendly, and helpful in ordering our new hot tub. The two men that delivered and installed the tub were so patient and made sure everything was up and running prior to leaving. Many thanks to the Pool Doctor Team!

I had purchased a hot tub from Larry Pool and Spa about 7 years ago. Many of you know this was a family owned business, which was recently replaced by the Pool Doctor. Anyway, I needed repairs on this hot tub, and was disappointed Larry Pool and Soa had closed since my hot tub was only 7 years old. The Pool doctor was able to replace the broken heater but the next day my hot tub was half empty due to a hose being left unclamped by the repairman requiring me to clamp the hose on my own on the weekend. The the new heater failed after a few weeks, flipping the breaker any time I tried to heat my hot tub. I spoke to one of the managers, Richard who suggested I get an electrician to look at the breaker and was told they were booked out multiple weeks and that this would be a new job requiring a separate charge. I was subsequently disrespected multiple times by the staff, and after demanding to speak to Jason , tbe owner, he was able to determine that in fact they had put in a damaged heater. I was then told I would need to find the replacement heater online myself. After finding and purchasing the part online, Jason agreed to fix the issue at no cost and reimbursed me the cost of the damaged heater. A month later I called and left a message about a separate issue. I received a call back from the other manager, Billy, and was told that I had been "red listed" by the owner Jason, because I "treated staff poorly". I later found out I was dealing with a simple air lock which was easily resolved. I truly believe Jason just didn't want to deal with me because I stood up for myself, including the repair team, front desk, and his managers. Leadership creates culture in a business and I've never been treated so disrespectfully. I grew up in this area, and am also a veteran. I'm certain Larry would be disappointed in how his former customers are being treated. Think twice about buying a hot tub from them or hiring them for repairs. The Pool Doctor ONLY care about profits. TERRIBLE customer service...
