Since the first time I went to Jackson-Hewitt, they made me feel welcome but most importantly they made me feel safe and secure with handling my tax return! I have had previous experience with other companies that made me question their credentials. I have trusted Jackson-Hewitt for many years now and would not allow anyone else to prepare them for me, even if I moved I would still look for another Jackson-Hewitt company! $500 to have a rude lady silently file my taxes, zero effort towards making sure I got my max refund, no questions asked at all. Also waited over half an hour without anyone saying a word even though I though the idea behind an appointment was so you had a set time put aside for you, when I finally got the lady to speak to me she tells me they had a couple walk ins.... no apology, although to be fair I still would have been upset, I really regret not leaving but at least I know better than to give them my money in the future. I'd give zero stars if it would let me.

They never answer the phone, most time it just goes to voice mail. Tried to stop into the store after setting up an appointment online. There was a sign saying they would be at the walmart office until 6:30. Went there, and there was a sign saying they were at the office at the shopping center until 6:30 which made no sense, seeing as i was just there? Then they leave a number and when i try to call it, yet again, NO answer!
