I liked Pete from the start. When I first met him he brought with him data on my area, and the smaller neighborhood. He was prepared and knowledgeable, on time and wonderful to work with. He is totally customer focused and always responded timely. We were kept up to date on everything. I was very impressed with him and his attention to detail. He absolutely is on the client's side and works on your behalf. His prep for the sale was outstanding. We had several bids as soon as the house was put on the market.
