        We always get great buyback offers for the older kids to spend on new things. A few things seem a little over-priced, but still well under the cost of buying new.

        Doesnt really make sense when I brought 4 pairs of basketball shoes that were all in great condition but every single one was turned down because they were a little too worn, yet looking at the shoes in the store they have shoes with gum stuck on the bottom and still try to sell them.

        My boyfriend and I visited this location with two bags of clothes, featuring brands like Lululemon, Levi's, Tommy, and Calvin Klein. Despite waiting for two hours while they sorted through the bags, they didn't purchase anything. It was his first time selling clothes, whereas I've done it many times before. Disappointingly, after investing so much time, the store didn't buy anything, which was a stark departure from my previous experiences with Plato's Closet, where I've sold items at least 20 times before, albeit not at this specific location. Overall, the store seemed disorganized, and it was frustrating to have our time seemingly wasted.

      So sorry you had a negative experience here at our location… we are training. Lots of new buyers at the moment we all make mistakes we’re not perfect:) but however we do go by style and condition. We don’t take anything older than the past two years and any creases, stains, holes, if there not real ect we would not take unfortunately, if you bring those back we would love to take a second look at them:) again so sorry for that bad experience and we hope the next one is a better one!

      So sorry you had a negative experience with us.. when it comes to buying with us, we are first come first serve so whoever is in front of you we do look through their clothes first we have been super busy with buys, so that’s why the wait time was that long:) we don’t take anything older than the past two years and we do go by style and condition so maybe people do bring in those brands but if they are an older style we would not take them unfortunately, but if you didn’t wanna bring those back, we can take a second look at it for you and give you a detailed description of why we’re passing on each item!.)
