I placed an orders for same day delivery for my mothers anniversary. Our father is deceased and this is a tough day for her, so we try to do something special like this. The company calls me and tells me all their drivers are gone and they cant deliver my order. They offered to deliver it two days later or cancel the order. No offer for a discount or even an apology. I told them Id come pick them up. I get there and the employees who work there dont even have the order. The employees were kind and worked quickly, but again no acknowledgment or offer for a future discount or anything additional to the order to make up for any inconvenience. Awful corporate structure.

I was there Feb 13 with Chloe and everyone was so friendly. But mainly my mother loved the way her carnations were arranged. Thank you for spreading

I ordered a Scottish floral arrangement for my father's Memorial Service. I worked with the florist, LYNN, for quite some time telling her what flowers I would suggest. Then she made some suggestions. Lynn spent a good amount of time with me. When I picked up the bouquet, tears welled in my eyes. I couldn't believe how incredibly beautiful the arrangement was. It smelled Heavenly. Many compliments on the arrangement. It was truly unique. No other Florist co was willing to work with me to make it Scottish. This arrangement was: Unique, Stunning, and exceeded my expectations. Thank You, Lynn!

They never disappoint. I have learned to go straight to their site for ordering funeral bouquets. You always have the freshest flowers with the perfect arrangement. I used to always fret about ordering online but they have never disappointed. Love Westland Thrifty!!!
