I stayed here for 2 years; two years too many. I had a 480 square foot studio apartment and they wanted over $1,000 dollars in rent after my first year living there. I was told this was a low income living apartment space. For one, I can't afford that. And when I finally said something about low income, they responded with, "it was never a low income living space." If not, then why do they want all of your income information? The management sucked! I was also stalked around the community by someone looking to see if I was going to pick up my dog's poop. There was a lot of waste near the area. But my dog is thirteen years old, and I have always picked up after him. I once called the cops on a neighbor and they asked me if I spoke to the management about this issue which I responded with, "no, I don't think they would have done anything." And the police officer then said, "yeah, we haven't heard good things about the management here." I could go on and on about living here. Don't waste your time at this place. It was all just a joke and a complete waste of money.

I love living here. The apartments are really nice and so is the staff. The staff is very nice and so is the community! Theres a cafe, dog park, play area for kids, and so much more. It was definitely worth the move for us!

Had a lease for a year, 3 days before move in date upped my rent $300 more than what they gave me 4 months prior (waited for them to finish building the apartment) Then told me if I didnt think I could do it then I could find some place else to rent after I had my heart set on it for 5 months. Well the stay was actually good I worked 16 hours almost daily to make the rent so I was rarely there but no complaints. Move out date comes, my lease stated Jan 1st. I was out December 29, apparently they had it marked my lease ended in February but nobody contacted me about it they just asked if I wanted to renew and I said no. Well they had an inspection January 12, I remember seeing the paper in the elevator, so they wouldve seen my empty apartment. They still wanted rent for February, they charged me $600 worth of damages. I didnt even hang up pictures and I was RARELY there. I was constantly working to make the rent. They didnt tell me what the damages were. This place is just money hungry and wont be getting another dime from me. Maybe you guys could up the rent for another 19 year old getting their first place and itll make up for the $1,700 Im not paying.
