Pleasantly surprised by how delicious the Dad Jokes sandwich and side salad was! 10/10 would recommend! The flavor combo of that sandwich with whatever light vinaigrette they use for the salad was perfect. The cafe miel tasted good, pretty standard. Can't wait to try the coffee flight and the other food options. Happy to see this space open to the public again and coming back to life!

I have been to almost every coffee shop in Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti. Everyone here was extremely friendly and welcoming. I ordered the intensify brownie(delicious) and the Smokey mocha. The coffee tasted sweet and salty! Yum. Will be back!!

Im so happy this space is occupied & open again! Vertex is great! I appreciate their commitment to make their operations low/zero waste. A lot (all?) of their treats are gluten free and they have soy milk (which Im a big fan of). The indoor space has a lot of seating and outlets. I cant wait to see what they do with the back yard once its nicer out. One thing I will note: its very chilly in therewould recommend bundling up while were in this spring transition time.

We (my partner and I) are so happy that Vertex has expanded to Ypsi! The new location is much larger and offers a selection of toasts and sandwiches in addition to the always incredible coffee drinks that we know and love. The sandwiches are really good, as are the side salads. Every ingredient is fresh and of high quality. The coffee is seriously amazing. After multiple trips to NYC and Chicago in which I tried some of the most renowned specialty coffee shops, none have managed to be as consistent and delicious as Vertex. I'm looking forward to the opening of their garden space, and will certainly be back many, many times. I'd give more than 5 stars for every category if I could.
