Denny's - Closed

Stopped here while passing through for a late lunch. Food was average for price, arrived at the table quickly, hot, and fresh. Burger patty could have more seasoning, tasted very bland. Kids loved the oreo milk shakes. Hector our server was polite and attentive.

Didn't have the nationally advertised Denny's breakfast I saw on TV last night (my reason for coming.) Table wasn't wiped down well and still sticky. Not a well maintained Denny's with uncomfortable fixtures. Final straw, though not Denny's fault, were crying babies that droned on and in only to be mollified by parents playing a show loudly on electronic device

Staying at great wolf and figured we would stop in for breakfast. Should have known there would be issues when the people in front of us waiting walked out without being seen. When someone finally came up she snapped at me yeah, yeah just give me a second I didnt say anything to her and we werent complaining we were just talking about the day we were going to have.

The door said they were short staffed but you could never tell by the swiftness of service. Our server was absolutely excellent and the food was hot and delicious. They were clearly busy but the experience didn't suffer. 100% happy with our visit!

We were told it would be a 15 minute wait. Great! There was one family in front of us. After about 25 minutes, two ladies walked in and were seated right away, despite now about 4 other families waiting. We were not given any updates or explanations. Then, when we asked for an update, the lady became upset and said she wouldnt be seating anyone anymore. After over half hour wasted, us and two other families left. No one came back at all! There seemed to be lots of staff visible. Not sure what happened, but I would just avoid this place in the future.
