I've found Dr. Cashman and her staff to be professional, kind, caring, and exceptional in their work. I highly recommend them.

I have avoided going to the dentist now for about seven years. I had some really rough experiences with prior dentists, repeated failed root canals, and a lack of proper pain management during an extraction after, because the doctor felt it was "almost done" and ignored my indications of pain. I have been hesitant to go *anywhere*, but after accidentally biting down on a *screw* hidden in a protein bar a couple days ago, I had to get checked out. I called yesterday and had my first appointment at NJC Dentistry today. The entire staff were very helpful and kind from the moment I called to the moment I left. Dr. Cashman herself was SO friendly, so warm and funny, that I was immediately put at ease. She is exactly the dentist I needed to find to stop feeling terror at the idea of going in. It is such a relief to find a dentist that makes you comfortable, who is clearly very knowledgeable, and communicates easily with patients in a respectful and compassionate manner. I can't recommend her or this office enough!

They claim they don't accept state insurance even though my aunt's an active patient and has the exact same insurance as me and I literally live with her. Though it's completely fine for her to literally accept my sister who travelled all the way from Ely, MN to get a chipped tooth fixed just because she has a different insurance. This clinic basically just doesn't accept "poor" people because that's what they mean when they have an issue with state insurance. Also your receptionist is rude.

I hadnt been to a dentist in years so, I was a little nervous about seeing a new dentist in a new city. On a friends suggestion, I decided on NJC dentistry and Im SO glad I did! Dr.Cashman was gentle, empathetic, fast & kind. I thought for sure it would be a process and it wasnt. Such a relief! I also had a cleaning done with Misty and was SHOCKED by how clean my teeth were after. Im smoker and had a good amount of tar buildup and had been told that itd never come off - I guess that person was wrong bc she got it ALL!! The entire staff is really friendly & professional. Because of all that, and the fact that it was competitively priced, I wont be putting off regular visits anymore. See you in 6mo dr.cashman!! Thank you for EVERYTHING!!
