    I cannot recommend & I am extremely bummed To share this I spent a significant time online searching for the right place to order flowers for a friend's big pregnancy announcement. (I am in nyc- she is in mn) I found this establishment which sounded like a great fit. They specifically state that it is YOUR responsibility to ensure the receiver is home. (Vs other places will call to confirm first etc!) since this was a surprise, I did everything I can to ensure my friend was home & kept checking the status on the floral shops website which was sent to me via text when confirming my order. (Casually asking when her Friday would be done, watching the Snapchat map and then FaceTiming her around delivery time.) I then anxiously waited for the update... at 7:20pm, I got a text from the floral shop. I assumed it would going to be a successful delivery update since it was an hour into the window, but instead it was a- "ooops. System Error. Can we deliver tomorrow? " Again, since this shop puts it on the sender to ensure the person is home- this is a big ask to now try to see how I can make sure she is home for another time period while maintaining a surprise. I assumed they would then offer to contact the person to try to keep some level of surprise or offer to upgrade the bouquet. Simple and easy customer service. But no, after a bit- another text message came through again stating it can be delivered tomorrow or a Refund. Just as simple as that. No Other attempts To right the mistake and make it worth effort & time. What an absolute waste of time and energy. The website performed as if a same day delivery was not a problem at all or I never would have picked this shop. And everything was showing confirmed.... Until it wasn't.

    I ordered a flowers for my friends birthday and they created a beautiful wildflower arrangement and listened to all my requests! They texted me directly confirming a delivery time as they wanted to make sure it would not sit out on the cold.
