The team here in my limited experience has been great. The owner assisted me in resolving an issue after the slumlord I rented from would not verify my rental history. I just caution them to be careful on who they manage properties for. Representing people like my slumlord will effect their reputation.

This company is legit! They respond quicker than any company I know. I have had no problems renting from them in the past year.

Algo Realty and its CEO Grigoriy Gorshteyn are rare gems in the property management business! They are organized, effective, responsive, honest, and knowledgeable. We interviewed many PM companies and checked many references, before deciding to switch to Grigoriy and his team. And we are extremely glad we did - Grigoriy made being rental property investors much easier. Algo has solid systems in-house for accounting and maintenance, and where needed has strong relationships with external vendors. They also have in-depth knowledge of the area (with special knowledge of Minneapolis and St. Paul), and in-depth experience with tenant issues. we recently had our Mpls market-rate property up for a turn, and were pleased to find that Algo's screening process is also excellent. They were able to get quality, new tenants signed up well before the prior lease terminated, and at rate that we are very happy with. We also especially appreciate the personal touch that Grigoriy himself offers, to both the tenants and the owners. Algo also offers buy/sell services. we haven't had a chance to try them ourselves. But, from what we have seen and heard, they bring the same excellence to those services as they do property management. Highly recommend!
