I've been coming here for over 5 years and I think I'll go with someone else when Randy retires! He is knowledgable with current tax laws and keeps us informed regarding possible new legislation. I've always been happy with their work but what prompted me to give the 5 star review is my experience today. Today is a Saturday and I called with a tax question for my benefits enrollment options at work. Not only did he answer the call, he did the math on the two possible scenarios and gave free advice. Wow! 5 star service all the way!

Randy is top notch. He always takes the time to explain everything and answer all my questions in depth. Price is also very fair. Very pleased!

We previously shared a Google review about our experience which I'm not going to go into details in this review TL;DR: it was horrible. We just got a letter in the mail from the MN Department of Revenue and we owe money for the year that we filed taxes with Central Tax Service. So not only were they rude, they did our taxes incorrectly. We will never use this business again.

Update: we went in early March, not at the end of tax season. Rude employees here. While waiting, I heard one of the employees badmouthing his customer saying "If I have another person like that I'll be a basket case before lunch". Our tax person was also rude to us as well, using jargon and belittling us. We won't return next year.
