        I feel that my taxes were not accurately counted and also, how is it that I was entitled to a child tax credit as a refund!!?? Ive been dealing with this franchise for many of years, this time around next tax time season, I will seek other avenues. I also have been audited before, and its like how!? Im done with Liberty Tax and its entirety!!! Mind you, I have been dealing with this company for 10+ yrs and just a couple years is when I started to see flaws! I need a reliable source and it pains me to leave, but I must. Goodbye!
