A friend recommended this place after our CPA of 20 years retired. I had asked for pricing up front and wasnt given rates; that should have been a red flag. We were charged $700, which is significantly more than we have ever paid to have our taxes done. Maybe if you own your own business, their rates are worth it, but as an individual, there are better rates and service available elsewhere. On top of that, they got our address wrong on the filing so that had to be corrected. We are still dealing with this issue, because when the MN tax rebate was sent for this year, it went to the wrong address. Thankfully the neighbors figured it out and got the check to us.

These folks are top notch. The adage "always hire a good accountant" proves itself in these offices. Everyone we have interacted with is friendly, amazingly knowledgable in their areas of expertise, and they make you feel like you and your issues are the only thing on their schedule that day. Organized, always focused on getting things done; they have a remarkably great team that deals with small business taxes and accounting; let them crush all of the book work that you hate and spend time running your business.
