Injury Lawyer, Robert H. Magie, cost me thousands of dollars in my settlement. He did not properly counsel nor did he explain anything or coach me prior to the deposition. I was on so many different drugs for pain then to know. I also knew nothing about depositions. And it's not my job to know. It's his job.
When I came out of my drug fog months later, I reached out to let him know how wrong it all was. He not only would not acknowledge or accept any responsibility for the terrible mistake, but he would not even respond to me.
Nothing else can be done for me now but hopefully this will stop it from happening to someone else. Find a different Attorney.
