        Can not recommend having service here. I brought my Jeep in for a no heat issue. I was told that it needed a head gasket because the coolant and oil had mixed together. The head gasket was replaced less than 1 year ago, which I told them. I brought the Jeep to 2 other shops, both said the coolant and oil were not mixed together. Not sure if the mechanics at Troy's want to scam people or are just incompetent. I personally would not trust having service at Troy's.

        They only want to up sale! Prices are ridiculous not honest and advertis free services with coupon only for services any other shop does free regardless of a coupon. Terrible business!!!

      The diagnosis was your water pump was bad and that is why you didn't have heat. The tech said there was evidence of coolant in the oil. It was very obvious you did not want to listen to us or believe what we had to say. We are a very honest business and would have zero reason to try and scam anyone for extra work. That is not the way we do business. I am sorry you were not happy with the service but we did in fact diagnose your issue and that is what you had asked for.
