I highly recommend Shelley Torvinen. My divorce was contested and high conflict. She advised me on the correct course of action I needed to take regarding my complicated case. She was very supportive and thorough with her legal guidance. She has the experience that was needed in my case and was prepared for a difficult trial. She was able to successfully get my case negotiated and settled prior to court which I was very thankful. will definitely retain her services in the future for creating a trust for my children as well.

No stars sorry. My experience was horrible. Shortly after we begun working together, I was hospitalized with a severe spinal cord injury. She forced me to continue with my divorce even though I was struggling medically and financially. Gave me no time to recover, forced me to attend mediation sessions, denied asking Judge Harris, who she is extremely afraid of, to allow time for me to heal. When I continued to beg for a break to recover from my injury Shelley ignored me. I believe this caused more damage to my health and now I'm permanently disabled. She even coerced me to sign documents against my will, that I knew were equal to a death sentence. Threatened me over and over and told me I have no choice, told me if I don't sign the documents she is going to withdraw. Now I'm loosing the home I live in, which will likely mean I loose custody of my 7 year old daughter. I will have to give my daughters dog away and loose all my belongings. I'm afraid I will be homeless and disabled. From my experience this was a complete disaster.
