I came in to see Kristy at a time where my nervous system and body were completely fried. I felt so seen and heard by her and she made me feel so comfortable and provided a safe space for me to get back into my body. She is an incredibly skillful, intuitive, compassionate practitioner. There's something wonderful about massages from Kristy Marie that is difficult to describe and just needs to be experienced. For one, the way she hunts for the origin of your muscle tension or pain is interesting. At first you think that she working in a place that isn't related to your issue, however in a few minutes you begin to realize that you were in fact, wrong. When she's working it feels as though there's more than just her at work due to how she incorporates her elbow or wrist into the therapy along with her hands. It's wonderful to experience and it really highlights her skills. Kristy Marie is friendly, and great to speak with. I'll continue booking with her as long as she's still practicing in Duluth, and I recommend others book with her as well.

Always a great experience here. Kristy likes to get to know you and direct the therapy based on what's going on. Relaxing space too.
