From the first contact from Michelle, to the actual work being done by Dale, it was a seamless operation. Being in an older home, there were some issues that needed to be explained and dealt with, and we felt we were very well informed. Work was quick, clean, and friendly. Guthrie Plumbing helped us with an unwelcomed, surprise broken-leaking water heater. They responded to our call immediately. Michelle walked us through all the steps with great clarity, collected all the information required, and addressed all our concerns via phone and email. She was generous with her time, which is very much appreciated. Dale installed the new water heater the next morning. He patiently answered all our questions, left the work site cleaner than he found it. Having a leaking water heater in the middle of Minnesota winter is a real bummer Michelle and Dale helped us fix the problem in less than twenty-four hours, in the most courteous, reassuring, and professional ways possible.
