Some things to note about this facility: The potholes have not been filled here for many years. You cannot access your unit 24/7. Durring the winter they don't seem to plow. Instead, you are stuck driving in the tracks of whoever came in before you. The no plowing detail also makes it tricky to make it up the hill to exit the facility . It's fine if you have a big 4 wheel drive truck, but cars beware. Lastly, in the spring when we get the freeze thaw, freeze thaw cycle, you need to buy your own bags of ice melt to open the doors as they will be frozen to the ground and impossible to open. There is always a give and take when opting for a lower cost version of something, and it this case, the "give" is mostly being able to access you things in the winter.

This is my second winter now at the storage I cant access to my storage! Do to ice froze my door shut and the plow doesnt plow the snow by our Doors! I have a lot of medical Issues that make it hard for me to clean the ice & snow away. I went there a week ago and the place wasnt plowed dummy me thought well it has to be plowed down in the storage place so I drove in and got stuck , but I do have thanks the manager for trying to shovel under my tires and trying to push me out another customer helped him get me unstuck. It was really Sad I couldnt get in my storage that day I needed something. Anyway today I fell down at my storage due to the ice and snow and hurt my knee. If we cant get into our storage I we shouldnt have to pay the way I see it. I will be looking for another place to store my stuff also due to you raising my storage fee again and I dont agree! Thanks for listening to me complain. Oh and the Mice have ruined all my stuff! Have a good day.

After a bit of searching around I found that this place was among the best price value and location based on my needs. This is my first time renting a storage unit and I had the pleasure of speaking with Chad, the property manager, when I went to check this place out. Great guy, friendly, informative, accommodating. Not only did he answer my questions but also explained why. I was just looking for a little extra space to store some of my, let's be honest, junk. He asked what my purpose/needs were for a unit, i.e. just some stuff or a whole house worth. He was straight to the point, didn't try to up-sell me on a bigger unit than I needed nor did he try to push thier additional items they offer like locks, boxes, blankets etc... Very accommodating hours of service, the entire grounds are secure and monitored by cameras. I feel very comfortable storing my stuff hear and have already recommended this place to a friend of mine. I would definitely recommend, at least checking this place out, if you are in need of additional storage space!
