Bruce and Jake were incredible to work with. They scheduled a call the next day when we had questions about Google workspace, dental software recommendations , integration of Software onto the hardware.etc. They were super friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with . We work with 1000+ dental practices and would recommend them to our clients .

I don't know how Erickson is getting glaring customer reviews. I have been a customer for few months and their handling of support requests has been AWFUL! They told us the best way to request support is via email to [email protected] takes days to get a reply for a simple tech support ticket. Once you get a tech to respond, that person doesn't know what to do to solve the issue. They take another 1-2 days to call you back. As a small business owner you don't get to call sometime back until close to 5 pm. Then you get their voicemail. No avail or response after leaving a vm. My rep doesn't even respond to vms I am leaving on his cell phone. If you are a small business looking for tech support, look elsewhere. Erickson might be good at implementing dental software and electronics but they are not good at providing simple IT helpdesk support.
