        Polite staff member, but they got my order wrong and it took way to long to fix. Also, I wanted to place my order online, but I got all the way to the Confirm Order portion (I had already entered in my credit card information and tip, and then the site said it could not complete my order and that I needed to call the store to make my order. Ive never ordered from Little Caesars EVER, and this experience has left me with the knowledge to never order Little Caesars again.

        It was a really busy day as I imagine it often is here since it's so good... The manager and team kept their cool as they kept the orders coming out hot. Cheers!

        The competency of the employees was obvious to me. It's cheap pizza for sure, but the employees were fast and efficient. I arrived too early to pick up my order and yet was assured it'd be done soon. It did not appear to be particularly busy at the time but I feel bad for arriving early nonetheless. This is a favored location for me in this state.

      Hi Julie, we apologize for your experience. I believe you were the pretzel crust that was made incorrectly, and yes, we did indeed take too long to get it right. We are sorry about that and we should have compensated you for the wait. Corporate does not give us any control over the LC app, and I am not sure why it couldn't process your order, I apologize for that as well because I know that can be frustrating. Please stop in again and discuss this with Niesha, our store GM, and let us make it up to you.
