6-14-2023 this apartment property is under new management and we are under a new management that smile and love old people and listen to what we have to say and our apartment is based on your income if your income is low your rent will be low . Come check us out and move into a nice apartment that you can afford and love . Maribel Villarreal is no longer the property manager .

As a current and long time resident.Maribel is a wonderful property manager. Old management was horrible. the leasing personal didnt know what they were doing. Maintenance is still outrageous, the man does not know what he is doing and Ive been in the office when Maribel has specifically called him in for my work order and he says that its above his pay grade. We dont do a lot activities due to Josie our activity director. Maribel is there to do a job its a senior living we are seniors not children.

I do not recommend this facility for anyone's loved ones. My grandparents are current residents and their voices are ignored daily regarding their living conditions. Multiple complaints have been submitted by numerous residents to management and to the owners and complaints continue to be ignored. The owners discloses every complaint by name to the onsite manager (Maribel) who then retaliates very negatively towards the residents for complaining. They do not allow residents to come out of rooms and sit in lobby anymore as the facility has allowed in the past. Maribel is very unprofessional. She speaks to the residents as if she is ready to brawl or fight at anytime. She cares less for your concerns or what you have to say regarding the facility issues. A resident committed suicide on the property after speaking to Maribel regarding his rent. It just seems if the paying residents have complaints of how things are; someone should be willing to listen and act. Currently another resident was found deceased in their apartment. Multiple residents were complaining of an foul odor on their floor. If management would not have ignored the complaints the odor would not have spread through out the whole building. A week later the body was found and the building still reaps of the bad odor. When my grandparents first moved in years ago (under different ownership and management). This was truly a wonderful place for them to call home. Now they feel they are living in total hell. Every week there's issues or some extreme measures Maribel has taken to cause discomfort for the residents. The facility manager needs to realize this is a living facility. The most entertainment most of the residents will experience on a daily bases is mingling with each other and coming out of their apartments and enjoying the amenities on site. If things get better I will not mind coming back with a better rating, but right now new management is in order.
