Senior Care Authority Minneapolis

So annoyed I get constant spam calls from senior care authority. All hours of the day including 9:30 Saturday nights. As a 34 year old Im not sure what theyd even want from me. It was kind of the owner to promptly reach out and let me know its not from them. Still annoying and unfortunate.

Ann was amazing helping us navigate the complexity of finding a place for my dad. He has Parkinson's and she showed us places that specialize in helping people with this complex disease. She listened to what we were looking for, asking really good questions to help narrow down our needs. Then she did the initial screening of places that might be a good fit and had openings in our time frame. Lastly, we toured several facilities together which was helpful because she understand the type of questions to ask. I could not have done this without her!!

I was fortunate enough to be referred to Senior Care Authority when a change in health and circumstances for both of my parents suddenly arose at the same time. I was trying to navigate finding an appropriate and safe place for them to live following a change in their health, care and needs. My first phone call with Kathy calmed my anxiety and fears about the overwhelming process of finding the right fit for them. She was so compassionate and understanding along with being extremely knowledgeable and professional. She listened, presented options, made appointments, asked questions on my behalf that I didnt think to ask myself and then patiently helped me sort out the information, bringing calm and clarity to an overwhelming decision. I will forever be grateful for Kathy Quinby-Johnson!

Kathy was a God-send for me and my family. After contacting her and following her guidance and knowledge of the situation, my Mom was safely moved into a care facility that is perfect for her. Kathy told me it would take a week or so to get this done and I was overwhelmed. Not knowing anything about the process, where to start let alone where to look, my stress level was definitely on high. But, as Kathy had said, at the end of the next week I had a couple of visits and was able to make a decision for my Mom. Kathy was attentive to our concerns, well versed in the options and timely in her service to me and my family. If I were to talk with any of my friends that were looking for help in their search for assisted living for a family member I would definitely recommend Kathy to help. As I stated earlier, she was a God-send for me in my search for a safe place for my Mom. I am so thankful that I had Kathy at my side to guide me through the search, quickly and thoroughly. Thanks again Kathy!

Kathy helped my family so much with getting my father set up at Waterford Estates in Brooklyn Park with his own apartment in the independent living side. During this pandemic it was getting harder and harder for him to do the stairs in my split level house and we kept putting it off finding him someplace perfect for him, but Kathy found the best place for him! She did almost all the research, contact, and even called whoever was needed if I had a question and couldn't call on my own. I run a home daycare out of my home and making phone calls is one of the hardest things to do with kids around. She helped me immensely with taking everything off my shoulders. I would recommend Senior Care Authority 100x over!!
