This experience has been such an eye opener.
Oct I met with Paul Gregoire for Medicare supplement coverage. He explained my Medicare card should be in the mail - I waited a few weeks, no card.
So I called Medicare The woman I got a hold of said my card would never mail out automatically because Paul and I had chosen the Medicare A plan. I’m still working. You would think if this is his line of work he would’ve known my card would not be automatic. Then he kept telling me when I get my new Medicare card we would meet again to get the prescription plan. He would call me about once a week and I would tell him I still did not have my card after about the third time he said we’re going to meet on this date and so we did and he became frustrated with me I felt because I told him I had not gotten my card yet. He then went on to reprimand me saying I knew I had to have my card for this meeting that he insisted on. When I went to actually use the insurance you cannot call the number on the back of the card and get any service at all. Long story short I went elsewhere for insurance.

My mother in-law paid thousands into a long term health care policy into this company. So when she needed to go into hospice we contacted them and told them where she was going and when. She passed away 17 days later. When we went to collect the mere $100 a day it should have paid out they told us the place we took her (A HealthEast Facility} wasn’t covered. Really? It’s only a $100 a day. A small fraction of what Hospice or Long Term care is. This company is rippping off seniors and their families

Our agent Paul bent over backwards and was there anytime we had questions. He was willing to come if needed to our home to resolve issues.

Went for a interview to the open position, office admin and recruiter yesterday. I was just inform that I did not get the job. I am not mad for not getting the job but disappointing for the fact that the lady I interview with her name is Namele did a poor job at interviewing me. She barely note down the things I've said during the interview. I mentioned to her that i also had a LinkedIn (doubt that she looked at) that shows more of my skills and duties. I think she needs to proper training on asking the candidates more questions during a interview.
Not only that the worker there don't look friendly either :/

Alexmai Addo is the agent who sent two women to our neighborhood to "cold call" on my neighbors who were turning 65 this year. The women knocked on doors and called the occupants by first name and knew their age. Our neighbors were scared, angry and felt their privacy violated. Please stop this door-to-door cold call marketing.
