        Just started a new policy with them. Auto (multi vehicle and multi driver) AND renter's. Insurance is insurance is insurance to a certain extent. So they have to strive to stand out amidst the crowd. One of the ways this particular agent (and their staff) does so is by going the extra mile to make sure that their customers are well informed, the product they are selling fits the customers needs, that there is over coverage where possible and legal. Another way they do this is to have knowledgeable, compassionate and shinning star type people "manning the helm". At all my points of contact I have been greeted with kindness and respect. The next thing that really stands out to me is, prices. The dollar value for the service received. Incredible. I know that not all situations fit in all boxes and so do they. Give Ian and Adriana a call. They will help you if they can!
