My best friend INSISTED I go with Jonathan and almost seemed like he'd be offended if I didn't. He had never recommended anything so strongly. After my experience, I get it. The guy does EVERYTHING he says he's going to do-- promptly and competently. The decades of experience are obvious the second you tour a home with him. He calls out all red flags of a property while still being mindful of potential. I also believe his negotiation style and instincts helped me get a better price than I otherwise would have. He was literally born as Jonathan Sells, but Jonathan buys just as expertly. There is absolutely zero pressure to do anything other than make the right purchase decision-- even if that means he wouldn't get a sale. Since closing on my new home, he has been just as competent and responsive with a few things that have come up. Good dude. Would tour a bunch of homes with again. 10/10.

Jonathan Sells was the best realtor my husband and I could have asked for! As first time home buyers buying in an incredibly difficult market we felt so confident and at ease during our entire search knowing Jonathan had our backs. He was always prompt in his communication, honest, and very knowledgeable. He would tell us when houses were over priced and worth walking away from and pointed out aspects of houses that had red flags which would make it harder to re-sell down the road. He made the home buying process fun! One thing we appreciated about Jonathan was that he always had the buyer in mind before his paycheck. He has even continued to stay in touch after we bought our house to see if we have any questions. Without a doubt, we would choose Jonathan Sells again and again in our future home searches!!

From start to finish, the process with Jonathan was seamless. He was extremely informative, attentive, and professional. He came with years of experience and knowledge.
