Tims tech-forward approach gave out of state buyers confidence purchasing their first home. As first time home buyers living out of state we were both nervous of not being able to see houses in person, and the home buying experience in general. Tims knowledge of the market and real estate process made us feel comfortable and confident the whole way. Amazing Experience. Tim helped my husband and I buy a home in MN while we were still living in Oregon. He did dozens of virtual showings for us by recording a video of the home tour on his phone and sharing it with us via YouTube. He consistently went above and beyond to explain the home and point out any potential concerns since we could not see homes in person. He helped us buy the perfect home. He is extremely knowledgeable in the field and were so happy we were referred to him!! 10/10 recommend Tim!!

Tim is the greatest realtor I've ever worked with. Having dealt with several other realtors in the past, Tim outshines them all... by a long shot. Working with Tim has been an absolute revelation. I had no idea working with a realtor could be this easy. From the very beginning Tim took the time to connect with us and learn about our personal needs. He got to know how we operated as buyers, our preferences, and the nuances between the things we merely like and the things which we genuinely love. His personalized approach made it so everyone was on the same page when viewing new properties, and that we weren't looking at properties which wasted our time. But what I am most thankful for is his clear communication and no pressure attitude.
