Allison and Sharon were so great to work with on the purchase of my first home. Shopping around, they had the best rate by far and with the current climate of rates right now, I am so relieved! The ARM Allison offered will be saving me an easy 6 figures. As a first time buyer Allison really helped make the process a lot easier with little things like welcome packages, videos, weekly updates. For anyone that's trying to do research and/or asking around to find a mortgage lender, just save your time and work with Allison. She was everything my husband and I were looking for: knowledgeable, kind, trustworthy, and incredibly efficient. In this market you have to make FAST decisions and Allison will 100% keep up.
