When starting the engagement ring shopping process I knew absolutely nothing. I had been referred to R.F. Moeller though a friend of mine and was told to work with Brennon. After my initial consultation with Brennon I immediately understood why he came so highly recommended. R.F. Molellers process is very different then any of the other vendors I experienced. They truly take the time to educate you on what your are purchasing. Understanding the 4 C and the craftsmanship that goes into their products. Brennons patients showed its true colors as he worked with me through multiple visits and calls to help me build / design what we thought would be the perfect piece for my fianc. While working through the process with R.F I shopped many competitors as I feel anyone making a large purchase should. Throughout the process I was transparent with Brennon and he worked very hard to earn my business and I truly believe after weeks off shopping I made the right decision.
