From Great to Poor. In the last 5 years I have previously sold and purchased a home with Keller Williams with great service. I listed my home in January and had 2 open houses and little to no marketing. When I tried to exit my contract I was told it will be a $2,500 cost unless I stayed until July. This disclosure was not covered or explained when signing the contract and seems like a leading practice. Beware that if you do sign with Keller you should read the fine print and ensure you are not locked into something you cannot get out of. Seller beware of some leading practices and read every line of the agreement to ensure you are aware of any items that hold you to a realtor .
