        Yasin? He was very patient with me, much appreciated! Only thing I would criticize is the fact that you cant email the store(not his fault)how am I going to reach the store if I cant text or call the store? Also, I wish total wireless had The iphone se 128gb there. Thank you.

        Bought a sim and activated it. Had problems with sending texts. Get ahold of customer service they say theyve fixed it. Fast forward a week and now my phone is saying it isnt activated, im not getting service. Call customer support and they say my phone is on straight talk and that ive used all my data. Ive never been on straight talk with this phone and they wouldnt give me a refund on a plan that hasnt worked from the start. Then said they were transfering me because info on my account is wrong and they hang up. Theyre lucky they even get a 1 star, crappiest service ive ever had.
