Thanks to Black Ladder Restoration we were finally able to get a beautiful new roof last year (after having had bad experiences with other flaky contractors). Austin and Nathan were super helpful, communicative, and attentive throughout the whole process from dealing with the insurance company, selecting shingles, and getting the job done quickly. I highly recommend their business!

My experience with Black Ladder was exceptional. Nathan was super helpful during the claims process, explaining the different steps of getting insurance approval, contacting the desk adjuster on my behalf and explaining how I could save money on the restoration overall. Nathan and his team even took over the on-site adjuster role, when the insurance company's adjuster could not come because of the weather! I have worked with a bunch of contractors, and have found their professionalism and customer service to be above and beyond what I've seen. I will definitely be recommending them to friends and neighbors in need of a roof.

We give a five star rating to Black Ladder Restoration Exterior Construction Co. A totally reliable company. We contacted them for a new roof install due to significant hail damage. Adam came out right away, no delays. He was great to work with, and so knowledgable on so many other home improvements, not just roofs. Walked us through the entire process and what to expect from his team. From day one, everything went as planned. His team was respectful of our home and surroundings, very friendly and cleaned up everything very well when finished. We couldnt be happier with the results of our new roof. We will definitely recommend (and have already!) to our friends and family to use Black Ladder Restoration for any of their home needs they specialize in.
