Service was excellent. The staffs were very helpful and friendly. Parking here is probably better than most places downtown. Our executive suite however was very average. Sink did not drain well, stains on the sofa bed. Could have been a great stay if the suite was a bit better. Nearby activities: Located right on Nicolette Mall, so easy access and walking distance to pretty much anything downtown. Walkability: Easy walking distance to foods and entertainments. Noteworthy details: Defintely worth it to park in the ramp attached to the Hotel of you drive. Can use their valet service also

At first glance, the room is quite nice, but sadly that's where it ends. The big mirror behind the bathroom door hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. The black tile in the shower is covered in (dried) water spots and soap scum. I don't think housekeeping does any dusting or vacuuming at all. Disappointing. It was an okay experience. The rooms are not the most comfortable. They don't give you more than a sheet on the bed. And you can't adjust the temperature very much so it's pretty chilly in your room all night. The showers don't really have warm water either, lukewarm if you're lucky. Otherwise you get freezing cold water. Parking is pretty expensive because it's a convention center. But it is a nice Convention Center I will give it that. And there is a ton of parking if you're going to conventions. I do not recommend this place for handicap accessibility. Every wheelchair ramp I went up was super steep and I could barely get up it in my manual wheelchair. The hotel desk staff isn't the greatest. I find that they were super unhelpful. I had called ahead of time and asked if they had any availability because we were on the road early. They told me there was but when I got there they had a really hard time booking a room for me. And the guy kept telling me I should be happy that he was able to book a room at all. I'm so confused. If you couldn't book the room, then why would you tell us that you could and have us drive all the way out there? I was neither thankful or impressed by his service. We were waiting at 3:00 a.m. in the lobby with all of our stuff for a half hour while the guy tried to figure out how to book the room that he said we could have in the first place. I get the feeling this place is trying very hard to seem like a fancy hotel but it's not. I'd call it mediocre at the best. An overpriced mediocre hotel. They don't even give you free water bottles in your room. There's one in there but if you don't read close enough it says it's not free unless you're Elite member. Which is really lame, I was super thirsty.

Pretty standard for a rather cheap hotel. But the Comic Book Convention was super fun, and I met a lot of cool people. I wouldn't go back unless there's a Convention happening though
