        The rooms were clean, quiet and the temperature was easy to manage. The bed wasn't the most comfortable and the staff were nice but not overly helpful.

        Went through my room while I was in the lobby and moved my things around. I had mentioned to the manager it seemed like someone went through my room; they denied it but then I heard it come over the walke-talkie and it was confirmed. While I was in the room, I saw them stick something under my door to poke around, or try to unlock it from the inside. Not sure. Besides how invasive and creepy this was, it was also the eve of my bachelorette night and I wanted a calm night. Instead I had this happen and wound up leaving the property in the middle of the night for a competitor down the street. But on a positive note, I got a lovely upgrade at the new hotel. The service at Westin is abysmal to say the least. Of course no refund and they tried to charge my credit card an extra $250 in cleaning fees. Never would I ever recommend someone this property. There are so many better options in downtown Minneapolis.
