To say the Ostrom Law Office is excellent is an understatement. It is superlative. In an era of languishing customer service, Caroline and her team provide the kind of service reminiscent of the golden era (whatever that may have been), and then some. Caroline is extremely competent, attentive, and warm. She and her team *listen* to you and then tailor the plan/petition based on your exact needs. They truly are on top of things. Consistent responses to each and every question the next day or even the same day are their standard. This is rare. Ive dealt with several immigration attorneys and Caroline has been the best by far. I am extremely grateful and fortunate to have come across her offices website.

The law firm is really great and helped me file my case successfully. We filed our case with them and they were nothing short of magnificent. Caroline and her Team are very helpful and answer questions in a professional and timely manner. Would 100% recommend this law firm. Additionally, I never got to meet them in person at all but that did not deter the quality of service I got and found them through google.

I came to Attorney Ostrom to help me with my immigration case in 2021. From the start, she was so kind, listened deeply and provided expert advice. She and her team are extremely detail oriented and prompt. Any time we had a question or a concern, it would be addressed within 24 hours, most often the same day. She even went above and beyond, helping me with obtaining correct foreign documentationthrough a process that I found difficult to understand. She charged us a very reasonable flat fee, so we didnt need to worry about additional costs for what turned out to be a long wait time. In no small part, due to her efforts, my family and I are able to live together in the United States. I am very grateful to her and her team and cannot recommend her services enough.
