        Matt had called to see if I needed house insurance. I told him I had some numbers from another company and said I was 99% sure I was going with that company. Matt wanted to talk about the deductibles and see what the coverages were. We went over the numbers / deductibles. After our conversation I went back into my quote and adjusted to the numbers we had talked about. Even though I didn't end up going with them Matt was very helpful and insightful in the process.
