Drove by one of their job sites In June and decided to contact them for an estimate for some remodeling, on the home I just purchased. Ken came out July 1st and was a very pleasant man. After a while he seemed tired of my tour throughout my home and the details I was looking for in a remodel. He missed a few opportunities to up sell me on other projects I questioned him about but he quickly moved on too the other things I mentioned while on the tour. Instead of addressing my concerns and adding them to his now growing list. He said he would call me back with an estimate & also email the estimate directly to me, the very next week since July 1 fell on a Friday. I was very understanding. After a few weeks I hadnt heard back from Ken or anyone at CHR. I called two different times, both times leaving a voicemail. No return on the phone call. All though Ken was very polite and professional, as a business owner myself, Its highly important too follow up with your would be new client. This is how we build business and also gain referrals as well. The fact that I reached out and no one called me back speaks volumes more than a friendly face. At the end of the day, maybe they dont want or need my business and I can imagine if others are experiencing this, it can lead down a road of no return. Pushy door to door sales men, weve lived at our current address for 10 months as weve had them come by four times. Last time I said sure lets make an appointment only to have the wife say she really didnt want them coming by. So I called the next day only to be cold that I was wasting their time by canceling my appointment. Few weeks later I started getting calls from them and I decided not to answer, however when I received a call at 7:30pm, I figured that was a bit much and answered. After the kid tried to convince me to make another appointment and I told him no three times, he hung up on me. For sure will not be going with CRI in the future for any sort of work I might need done.
