        Dont get me wrong, Katie is a wonderful person. But my nails were horrible. I have had my natural nails for almost a year, and havent had a single tear or break in that time. I have always used gel polish. Katie uses shellac polish - stating that its better than gel and lasts longer. That couldnt be further from the truth. That evening when I got home, 3 of my nails ripped and within days the shellac started peeling. I dont know why those things happened - but they did. I was very disappointed at the quality and longevity of the shellac, and most of all very frustrated that my nice natural long nails were no more. Frankly, the way my nails looked after just one week was embarrassing!

      Hi Kami, I apologize that you didn’t have the greatest experience as we strive to be the best that we can. I didn’t know that the shellac had came off, I wish I would’ve known, I would have fix it for you right away, anyways that I’m able.Not sure what went wrong because in my experience the shellac manicures stay on for a minimum of 2 weeks and up to 4 weeks. I truly appreciate your feedback as I will figure out what went wrong. Thank you and take care!
