The menu at Cave Vin is full of variety. It's the perfect place to go if you're looking to explore different flavors and try something new. American dishes are really awesome.

Every neighborhood should be lucky enough to have a restaurant like Cave Vin. Excellent food, wonderful staff, great value. Our party of three last night enjoyed every bite of the cant-miss fries, Brussels sprouts, penne pasta, arctic char with sauted greens, and pork tenderloin with grilled asparagus all accompanied by a lovely Ctes du Rhne. Wish I could give it even more stars!

What a delightful and cozy gem of a restaurant! This was our first time dining at Cav Vin, but it won't be our last. From start to finish we were impressed with the quality of the delicious food and engaging, proficient service. The mussels in white wine were perhaps the best I have ever enjoyed, and the salad of alternately layered beets and cucumbers tasted as wonderful as it was artfully presented. The top sirloin was blanketed in a smooth demi glace and served with a pat of Bleu cheese butter that slowly melted into the sauce. My one regret was not ordering the baguette to mop up all the decadent sauces that accompanied the mussels and steak! We will definitely add Cav Vin into our rotation of favorite restaurants!
