We had Jeff out to fix a leak behind out wall and replace the piping behind the wall. The work, time it took to complete it was some real 5 star work. Jeff's warm, welcoming, and professional personality really was appreciated! Thank you Jeff and thank you Soderlin for such great work!!!

Great service. They were super speedy to get back to us and schedule service. Easy communication, prompt arrival, friendly, and honest service. When our service took less time than expected they charged us less than their original quote. Will call again for future needs.

The plumber refused to wear a mask when asked. The plumber did not take his shoes off. The plumber told us he could not diagnose the problem unless he hears the noise firsthand (of course it would not happen while he was present). The plumber then suggested he conduct a reading, though it would not likely have anything to do with the problem. The reading came out fine. We paid close to $300 for the pleasure of having this rude person come to our home and tell us he could not help. If I had known the plumber needed to hear the noise firsthand ahead of time, I would have waited and recorded a video of the noise on my phone. Disappointed.

We have hired Soderlin several times over the 20 years that we have owned our home and they have always done excellent work for us. Several years ago Soderlin replaced our boiler and we were very happy with their work. So when the time came this winter to renovate our 2nd floor bathroom and add 2nd floor laundry to our home there was only one choice in our minds as to who to hire for the plumbing work - we called Soderlin. Jeff Taylor has visited our home twice over the past few months, and has also been very responsive via text, to help us plan for and execute this large and complex project. We are otherwise completing most of the renovation work ourselves and Jeff has been invaluable in helping us with items procurement and general planning. We are very much looking forward to Jeff completing this work for us next week so we can proceed with the project. We will always call Soderlin for our plumbing needs.
