Allysa is an excellent listing agent and you should hire her! I was in need of a new agent and Alyssa was referred to me by a friend, a broker, who knew I needed someone who was compassionate, patient, had experience selling old (1889) homes and amazing at her job. We were selling a property that was the both the prettiest house and most expensive house in the area with very limited comps. The comp spread was 80k which is a very challenging position for a seller and their agent. Allysa started off running. She visited the property and was able to help us prioritize how to prepare for the showing. If I had a question I would share a photo and ask what we should do. If I needed a trades person she was able to provide recommendations. Alyssa very patiently listened to me express my concerns and helped make some critical decisions as we moved toward putting the home on the market. Alyssa used social media to get the home additional exposure. We showed our house for a weekend and had multiple offers. Our home ended up selling for 45k over asking in less than a week. We were just under the upper limits of the comps. The rest of the process was seemless. Since we were moving out of state before the closing date Alyssa found a titling company that could accommodate our needs. Hands down the best decision I made was hiring Allysa as our Listing Agent! You should do the same!

Alyssa continues to be the best realtor I have ever met! She is one of the most responsive professionals I have worked with and goes above and beyond answering any question I ask. Alyssa was fantastic when I bought my first property in Minnesota (taking late night calls while on vacation) and continues to help me in my search for a second unit. I never doubt Alyssa's knowledge or that she has my best interests in mind when helping me evaluate properties. Whenever I purchase my next property, it will certainly be with Alyssa.
