Tile around tub really needed to be redone. Found these guys, Tom came out for an estimate, gave suggestions, and finished just this afternoon. I can not tell you how happy I am. Tip, if you go with them don't skimp on the tile. I spent more on quality tiles, they get a 25% discount on it and pass the savings to you. Good people too. I live downtown Mpls about 7 blocks from Target Field. Tom's a big Twins fan and I told him I'd try to get him guest parking anytime he goes to a game. Thank you!

DO NOT GO HERE! At first they seem great, Donna tells you about how they are a nice family business and have been around for 26 years. As I spoke with her she asked me multiple questions about my tub, like others, I am not a tub expert. I asked her to send someone out to look at my tub and see what it will all need; she told me they do not do that. I received a quote of 495, to which I agreed. Once the work started I got a phone call saying they needed to strip my tub, I did not authorize this extra $125 dollar fee. When I asked to meet in the middle of the price Donna got very defensive and rude, terrible customer service. She proceeds to tell me everyone pays this and she is the expert, not me. You will get a quote that seems okay, then there will be multiple add ons. Quoted price:$495 Actual price:$750 Terrible customer service!
