They ruined my Uggs. DO NOT TAKE your shoes here. I bought my shoes a little over three months ago. I got a small ranch stain on my shoes I wanted off. After my shoes came back they were spotted and stained. I was shown the ticket they wrote up regarding my shoes. They blatantly lied and said that my shoes were deeply damaged. Which they werent.

The Rudest Most condescending Person answered my call. I said Good morning how are you doing. The response : yea ok what do you want. I was taken aback and hesitated for a second and then said I was referred to your location by. They cut me off saying We only have one location what is it. I said I am sorry sir but I need a minute you wer very rude and they just hung up. Have to say thats some excellent customer service there.
