My car battery died. The two service men at Batteries Plus in Plymouth were fabulous. They were very knowledgeable and patient. I will go there for all my battery need!

Had to replace a car battery, Service from Tyler was Absolutely Fabulous, first, when we called to see if the store had the proper battery in stock, ( they did), second, could they install it, (they could). We arrived in short order, Tyler pulled the battery out of stock, got all the tools necessary to remove the 6 year old original battery, before disconnecting and removing it, he plugged in a separate battery into the vehicles electrical system to keep the cars electronics from needing to be reset. He then set about disconnecting the battery, removing the hold down clamps, and wire brush cleaned both battery terminals clamps, and a corroded clamp, he sprayed both battery posts to prevent corrosion, installed the battery clamps to their respective posts, and tightened them down. Lastly he installed the battery tie down rods, bolted them down and installed the plastic cap over the positive post, and then removed the separate battery that had kept the electrical system energized. Very organized and methodical, a joy to watch someone skilled at the task!
