Luis worked hard to make sure everything was the way it was supposed to be. Took his time, showed me what he was doing, and did a walk-through with me before leaving. He also made sure everything was protected before doing the work and made sure everything was cleaned up afterwards. Above all, he was courteous and a nice person.

I replaced a double-casement window and a custom large picture window with two casement windows attached. The sales process went smoothly and my sales rep didn't make me suffer a lot of nonsense as some sales people do. They were very open about how it was going to take a long time to get the windows, and it did. It took three months from the order to the install. There were cosmetic issues with the initial install. There was not enough material to complete interior trim and a small piece of my siding under one of the windows fell off the house and broke. I spoke to the project manager and they sent someone out to replace the siding and complete the trim. While this install did not go perfectly, Pella made it right without a hassle. I have many more windows to replace, and Pella will be on the top of the list of vendors I consider. Service: Window installation

I had to replace a broken window in our basement and pella was great to work with. Matt Barnhart did a great job of making sure we got everything we needed including the grates for the windows. Thank you!
