White Birch Dental

This place was great when I started going here. They accepted my insurance, the staff is super friendly, they provided a great service. However, all of the sudden they stopped accepting my insurance and never told me. Then I had an issue with a tooth and they didnt bother telling me until after they had provided me with an exam and diagnosis. It ended up costing me a significant amount of money that it shouldnt have because it should have been covered by my dental insurance. They knew that they didnt honor my insurance but still let me come in and receive services knowing this would cost me more. Immediately after my exam and diagnosis, they brought me in to the billing office and told me I was going to have to pay them because they no longer carried my insurance. They knowingly did this and it is wrong. I obviously go elsewhere now to a dentist that honors my insurance. Knowing now this is how White Birch operates I would not refer this place to anyone. Im very disappointed in them for doing this.

Easy to get in and super quick repair of a broken filling. Very friendly staff too

Just had 4 fillings put in and what a Wonderful job they did for me. Painfree.
