I would give negative stars if I could. I brought my husband into the "Emergency Room". He was having EXTREME abdominal and back pain. His breathing was labored. He was made to wait in the waiting room for 1 1/2 hours. He was not allowed to have any water, the pain continued to get worse with his breathing continuing to get more labored. Stilll we sat in the waiting room despite telling triage that his breathing was getting worse. He can barely move or breathe and they keep wanting him to answer questions, getting annoyed with me when I try to answer their questions on his behalf. I will NEVER come back here. We did not feel heard at all!!

This was my first time at this hospital but I was blown away by the care and bedside manner of the medical team. Dr. VanErb was so kind, and reassuring, knowledgeable, thorough and such a great doctor. Our nurses were sweet and attentive! I highly recommend. There was No wait. I did notice the cleanliness of bathroom and building was not up to my liking but besides that it was great service!

First time here I brought my newborn son here and we saw Dr. Koivisto was amazing. So reassuring and answered all of my questions. 2nd time I came for postpartum preeclampsia. I saw Dr. Waletzko in the ER who was super nice! I was admitted and had amazing nurses. I remember ones name specifically, Kayla. She was amazing. I remember the hospital called a few times to check on me and I never answered the calls. I feel bad but was busy with being a new mom and having struggles. I just wanted to leave this review & let you know you all are amazing!

I highly recommend not going here. First I went to urgent care in Elk river ( dont go there either ) and they told me I needed to go to the ER. Ended up going there only to wait three hours and was told theres nothing wrong with you and was told if said pain was still going on to come back. I ended up waiting a month to go back (soonest they could get me in) only to have the doctor tell me she didnt know what was wrong and wanted to do tests unrelated to what was wrong. Overall, unless you are literally dying I would highly recommend not going here. I wouldnt go there if I had a knife sticking in my neck and it was the only hospital around.

The only thing they did for me was add stress and waste time. I would rather go anywhere else or just suffer through the pain of a missing limb instead of going here.
