While some restaurants may have dining rooms open, others are serving customers through the Drive Thru, with Mobile Order & Pay on the McDonald's App, and with McDelivery. McDonald’s remains committed to following the data and science with safety as our top priority. In response to the CDC’s guidance, crew and customers will be required to resume wearing masks inside U.S. restaurants in areas with high or substantial transmission, regardless of vaccination status. Masks are always required for customers and crew who are not vaccinated. In addition to performing deep cleaning, safety shields are also in place for protection.

The woman was holding my order out of the window while I was paying. When I got to the window she tossed my bag at me and said have a nice day and started closing the window. I said can I have ketchup. She gave me 2, I asked if I could have more. She grabbed a huge handful and threw it out to me I dropped it on the ground on the seat and on the floor of my truck. When I called not even 5 minutes after leaving the manager said it was just because they were trying to get those orders out so fast. My food was cold and went in the trash along with over 20 ketchup packets. This McDonald's always has so many problems, you would think by now that they would have employees that aren't rude, that want customers to come back, and don't want people complaining about them in an open forum! If I knew her name I would be sharing it!
