I got a wonderful help from Daunte today. He was super professional and had a great patience with me who I am 79 years old and came into the store with a long list of questions. He really deserves a nice rise !!!

I had previously given Verizon 4 stars. Overall, they have been good to us and treated us fair. The only problem we have had were the wait time whenever we were in the store. Our last in-store experience was amazing!!! Daunte was our sales associate and was so helpful and personable! Would recommend him if you have the chance. Thanks so much for your professionalism and friendly chat!

Their response is about as fast as their service...2 months later. shop elsewhere for satisfaction and speed. Wouldn't recommend to anyone, store owner and employees are far more concerned with chatting with eachother and customers than getting any actual work or service done. After being told there was one person in front of me and watching them serve that person, i watched a new person walk in and get helped after a short wait. But i was assured i wasnt skip, all i need is a sim card as the terrible company with terrible employees cant seem to provide a paid for service. Do not shop here

Came in today needed help with my phone plan. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I was greeted immediately and told the wait time for the next available rep to help me. Looked around at the products and next thing you know I was being helped . Great service all around! The Manager was extremely friendly.
